Retirement Planning is sometimes provided as an alternative to job search in the event of redundancy or as a ‘stand alone’ intervention to assist employees 45 years plus who want to know more about what is involved in the transition from full time employment. At CDL we refer to this phase in life as Third Age Transition as 'retirement' for many people these days is more about seeking work and lifestyle balance rather than giving up on employment completely.
