Mike BoydThe development of business and people has been a key theme for Mike for the past 20 years. Always challenging conventional wisdom, Mike’s areas of expertise include communication coaching, leadership development, executive coaching and change management.

 

Engagement, motivation and performance through the design and application of robust people development processes within businesses is a passionate belief that Mike has upheld for the past two decades. Mike’s style is one of honest pragmatism and believing that inspiration through insight is the key to the door of change that can only be opened from the inside.

 

Mike’s business experience extends from Research and Development with Xerox in the UK, through marketing and events and onto career, business and communication coaching. The experience gained in roles that have included advertising, logistics, security and e-learning have provided insights into the organisational development changes that are needed to embed sound people development practices.  Mike is dedicated to challenging business leaders to take people development out of the ‘too hard basket’.

 

 

Prior to joining the CDL team, Mike was Managing Director of DBM New Zealand, a global Transition and Talent Management Consulting firm.
