Profile of Jenni Murphy-Scanlon

Jenni Murphy-ScanlonJenni brings to CDL Insight Consulting more than 25 years experience in people management, organisational development, learning projects and human resources. She has a special interest in improving systems, processes and company cultures to ensure that organizations deliver on strategies and achieve optimal productivity and performance.

 

Supportive, positive and future focused, Jenni is both a qualified mentor and trainer with the New Zealand Centre for Notational Analysis. Her experience includes the design and execution of change management processes, including the re-design of a large government department. 

 

Jenni has facilitated many leadership interventions and has developed competencies across an organization. She has been instrumental in the design and implementation of succession planning programmes to help identify and develop people for critical organisational roles and was selected to present on this topic at the Human Resource Institute of New Zealand Conference.

 

Jenni has designed and implemented self managing training frameworks and workforce profiling to enhance and align recruitment, training and performance management within organizations. She has trained and coached management to implement the Gallup Employment Engagement Survey and is also qualified to administer a range of psychometric assessments.  Jenni is a Professional Member of the NZ Association for Training and Development and holds an Advanced Certificate in Adult Teaching.
