Ingrid has more than fifteen years experience in business and more than ten years as a Human Resources Manager in one of New Zealand’s largest corporate firms. Within the corporate environment, Ingrid has worked at multiple operational levels as well as holding a position of Manager Organisational Development - Australasia.

Intuitive, empathetic and up-front, Ingrid’s ability to work with a wide range of people across all levels in business ensures that she builds strong rapport and relationships quickly. She challenges business and people to look ‘outside the square’ when examining alternatives.

In her time in both Human Resources and  Organisational Development, Ingrid has been involved in recruitment and selection, people retention, development, remuneration, performance management and organisational wide change management.

Ingrid has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Canterbury. She has also completed a Bachelor of Art and Design at the Nelson – Marlborough Institute of Technology. Ingrid has worked extensively with SHL occupational and psychometric tools.
