Gloria designs and executes in house developmental programmes aimed at growing motivation, fostering staff morale and enhancing retention and engagement.
With a Masters Degree in Counselling, Gloria is a Professional Member of the Career Development Association of New Zealand, the New Zealand Association of Psychological Type and the New Zealand Association of Counsellors.
